Q) I do not have a PayPal account how can I order?
A) You DO NOT require a PayPal account to place an order. We accept all major credit cards. PayPal is used as our credit card processor; you are not required to have a PayPal account if you are paying with credit card. Just follow the onscreen instruction.
Q) What is the shipping rate?
A) $5.95 for US and Canada. Rest of the world has a flat shipping and handling rate of $10.00 per order. *FREE* shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Q) When will my order arrive?
A) Typical shipping time is 7 to 14 days depending on backorders.
Q) Can I return an order?
A) All orders are final. For health and cleaniness reasons we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. Please make sure your order is accurate before submitting.
